Humming is a soothing method of sound meditation with many therapeutic benefits. The humming sound balances the body and mind as they become one. It also centers your energy at the navel, which is the center of your being, and opens your heart to love, compassion and forgiveness. 

Humming is also a fun and easy way to enjoy a meditation practice.
This is a sitting meditation.
