Mindfulness Meditation Meet in the Unity Room
Classes start April 11 6-7 pm and meets weekly on Wednesdays
( No class Wed. May 2 and 9 )
Gain true insight to living each moment in mindfulness as taught by the great ones but without the dogma. Ken will explore themes from his latest book, "Broken by Crisis, Quickened by Grace" with personal experiences and practical living the harmonious life. Ken reduces the abstraction of symbols,practices,and religious dogma as he guides us in mindful meditation.
