Holy Unions
Whether or not the couple is a member of Unity of Port Richey, we can perform your Holy Union or Wedding. Because such events are as unique as the people getting married, we can hold the ceremony in our Sanctuary or chapel, on the beautiful grounds of our 12 acre refuge, or at an offsite location of your choice. Let us help you make your special day a sacred one.
Christening
Christening within the Unity tradition is a public act of welcoming a new life into the world and formally recognizing this beautiful soul by name, on its human journey. Our tradition is grounded in and guided by the ministry of our Way Shower, Jesus, who was known to take children in his arms and bless them. Mark 10:13-16
A Christening ceremony is also created for the parents and others to express their dedication to raising the child in an awareness of the Loving Presence we call Love, Source, Spirit, God. The celebrating family can choose to have Godparents or sponsors participate in the Christening Service.
Memorial Services
In honoring your loved one’s spiritual traditions, we work with family and friends to create a positive, uplifting celebration of a life lived.
At times of grief and loss, the presence and comfort of a Church family and ministers can bring great ease to those left behind. We are glad to help, and will help plan a ceremony at the Church or location of your choice.
Home Blessings
Finding and making a home is one of life’s greatest joys, and a spiritual moment of great importance. If you would like to celebrate the sacred space you call Home, the place you share peace, love and purpose, contact us. Yours can be a brand new home or apartment, or one that you simply want to rededicate as a safe sanctuary of love and harmony; a special home blessing can bring new meaning to the words Holy Ground and your sense of Home.

For pet owners who have experienced the death of a beloved companion, we host a special pet memorial service.
