Easter Sunday Celebration Service "Rising Up, Our Story Too" with Rev. Barbara Williams and Christine Mariani Music

Join us on Easter Sunday, April 5th at 10:30 am as guest speaker Rev. Barbara Williams brings us a message of "Rising Up, Our Story Too." Christine Mariani will be musically accompanying this sacred service with her inspired musical selections.

Easter morning is one of the most sacred and hopeful moments in the Christian story. The Gospels tell us that when the women came to the tomb early in the morning, they found the stone rolled away and heard the words: “He is not here, for he has risen.”

For centuries people have celebrated Easter as the miracle of Jesus overcoming death. And in Unity we honor that story deeply—and we also understand that the resurrection is more than an event taking place over 2000 years ago.

It is a spiritual principle. Easter is the story of life that cannot be buried, truth that cannot be destroyed, and love that cannot be defeated. It is our story of release and renewal.
