Mindfulness is being present in a certain way. Being aware of what is happening in your body, heart, thoughts and life with subtlety and spaciousness.

 

What happens when you hold on to something which in its nature is changing?  Rope burn.  The tighter we try to hold on the more we suffer. That is why the sages say “not too tight, not too loose”.

 

The method of waking up needs to be changed like different sounds of our alarm clocks so we don’t sleep right through them. First, we learn the basics—over and over again. Then, we stay open to learn new techniques that work for us.

 

You can sign up for a Class in the morning or evening.
