Sacred Sounds Singing Bowls - Rev. Virginia Walsh will lead us in a guided meditation along with the relaxing, balancing tones of the quartz crystal bowls and Tibetan metal bowls. The harmonic resonance of the bowls fosters deep relaxation of mind and body, along with the balancing of our electromagnetic field so that we can experience profound peace and heightened spiritual awareness. You may choose to sit in the comfortable sanctuary chairs, or bring your mats or blankets if you wish to lie on the floor. Rev. Virginia Walsh was ordained in 1995 and has served Unity ministries in Kissimmee, Tampa and Lutz. She was the Founding Minister of Unity North Tampa, serving there from 2007 to 2021. A Longtime resident of Lutz, FL, she is currently a guest speaker, who also offers transformative classes, workshops, and Sacred Sounds Singing Bowls Meditations. Rev.
