Sunday Celebration Service "Changes in Attitude" with guest speaker Rev. Bob Fortner and Christine Mariani Music

Join us on Sunday, August 9th at 10:30 am as we welcome back beloved guest speaker Rev. Bob Fortner. Rev. Bob brings us a message on "Changes in Attitude." Christine Mariani will be leading the congregation in inspired song to elevate and enhance this beautiful celebration service.

This talk is inspired by the Beatitudes found in Mathew 5 verses 3-11. These are some of the most profound and simple teachings from the Way Shower Master Teacher Jesus. This Sunday's message from Rev. Bob is sure to bring about a change in attitude!

About Rev. Bob Fortner:
Rev. Bob Fortner is Minister Emeritus at Unity Church of Palm Harbor where he served for 25 years before retiring in 2022. He served in various leadership positions at Unity Worldwide Ministries for over 40 years.

He now serves as past President of the Palm Harbor Historical Society, which manages the Palm Harbor Historical Museum housed at the Hartley House at 2043 Curlew Rd. in Palm Harbor.
Bob also serves as past President of the Friends of the Island Parks, a Citizen Support Organization, that protects, preserves and promotes Caladesi and Honeymoon Island State Parks.

Terry Fortner, Bob’s wife of 45 years is Myrtle Betz’s granddaughter. Myrtle was born and raised on Caladesi (then called Hog) Island and authored the book, Yesteryear I Lived in Paradise. Rev. Bob claims his wife got him involved with the Friends and the Museum to keep him out of mischief after he retired. Bob’s motto is, “in order to preserve the past and protect the future, those who care must be present.”
