Join us on Sunday, September 6th at 10:30 am for our Sunday Celebration Service with guest speaker Sarah Fredrickson and a heart centered message on "Opening the Heart to Immeasurable Love." Christine Mariani will be uplifting this service with her angelic voice and inspired musical selections.
This Sunday we will explore the ancient Buddhist practice of the Four Immeasurables (loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy and equanimity) as a way of heart centered living. Together, we'll explore how cultivating an open heart with these practices can deepen our daily relationships and spiritual lives in alignment with our Unity Principles. All are welcome!
About Sarah Fredrickson:
Sarah has been in the healing field for nearly 25 years as a CranioSacral Therapist, Licensed Massage therapist, and Meditation instructor. Sarah began her Buddhist education in 2009 in the school of Hanmi Esoteric Buddhism and became ordained as a Disciple in January 2011. She continues her education in Kundalini Yoga, Vedic Astrology, Breathwork, Tuning Forks and more! Sarah teaches classes and offers sessions to help people deepen their connection to the inner wisdom and Divine intuitive gifts we all have. She is also a prayer chaplain emeritus here at Unity of Port Richey.
